Production Assistant

Description

Job Summary: This role involves skilled work in metal finishing, cutting, and molding support, ensuring product quality and adherence to safety and integrated management systems. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in polishing, grinding, and finishing metal parts. 2. Proficiency in cutting metal parts and supporting molding processes. 3. Commitment to maintenance, quality, and workplace safety. * Perform **polishing, grinding, and finishing of metal parts**, using established tools and equipment according to product specifications. * Carry out **cutting of metal parts and materials** according to dimensions, references, and quantities specified in production orders or work instructions. * Support the **preparation, setup, and adjustment of molds for molding processes**, following established specifications and procedures. * Conduct **preparation, cleaning, adjustment, and conditioning of parts** before, during, and after production processes. * Visually and dimensionally inspect processed parts, identifying defects, burrs, imperfections, or deviations, and promptly reporting them to the process supervisor. * Operate assigned **hand tools, power tools, and production equipment** safely, following usage instructions and established procedures. * Conduct required inspections for activities under responsibility and **promptly report non-conforming products, damages, or anomalies** detected during the process. * Support **basic preventive maintenance, cleaning, and care of tools and equipment** used in the process. * Comply with standards, procedures, and controls established by the **Integrated Management System, Quality, and Occupational Health and Safety**, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
