Position Summary: We are seeking a health professional or technician to monitor and conduct surveys on vaccination coverage, collecting and validating information for the Expanded Program on Immunization (PAI). Ensure the quality and reliability of the collected information. We seek a health sector professional or technician to participate in vaccination coverage monitoring and survey activities, contributing to the collection and validation of information related to the Expanded Program on Immunization (PAI). Requirements Nursing Assistant Technician and/or Nursing Professional. Minimum 6 months of experience in vaccination programs. Experience participating in at least two (2) Expanded Program on Immunization (PAI) coverage monitoring or surveys. Knowledge of vaccination-related processes, including field registration and information collection. Ability to perform fieldwork, administer surveys, and appropriately manage collected information. Excellent communication skills, responsibility, and goal-oriented mindset. Main Responsibilities \- Conduct surveys and monitoring activities related to vaccination coverage. \- Collect, record, and verify information according to project-established guidelines. \- Support evaluation and follow-up activities for the Expanded Program on Immunization (PAI). \- Ensure the quality and reliability of the collected information. \- Adhere to assigned routes, schedules, and activities. \- Timely report any issues identified during activity implementation.
