This is your opportunity, come and be part of Sangre Tigo! **Apply right now!** Account Executive I Comprehensively manage assigned accounts or territories through sales and after-sales management of current and/or new customers in the Business segment, regarding the fixed and mobile digital portfolio offered by the organization, aiming at increasing recurring revenue and market share. **Responsibilities** * Market enterprise plans, both basic and advanced portfolios, in order to fulfill the sales processes defined by the Company for each service. * Handle post-sale customer requests involving billing modifications, ensuring compliance with their requirements. * Follow up on pending installations or services within the portfolio for customers, in order to establish agreements with involved departments to accelerate resolution. * Ensure that customer billings are consistent with agreements made with the Company, reporting any inconsistencies to the corresponding Service Executive. * Monitor customer accounts to inform them about potential service suspensions or disconnections due to late payments. * Prepare required reports to meet the Company's information needs. * Perform supervisory roles or oversight activities when assigned by the immediate supervisor, efficiently and promptly supporting the administration of associated commercial agreements. * Participate in implementing (when required) and complying with policies and guidelines established by the Company for its normal operation and achievement of objectives. * Know and apply regulations related to the processes and procedures in which they participate, as defined by the organization. * Perform additional complementary duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Ensure compliance with good practices and applicable legal requirements of the Integrated Management System, oriented toward continuous improvement and operational quality. **Experience** Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in selling digital products and/or technology solutions (SDWAN, UCaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity) within the business segment. **Professional Education** Professional degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields.
