In the Design Intern role, you’ll support the visual and creative execution of the Bia Energy brand, contributing to the development of graphic assets for marketing, growth, sales, and internal communications initiatives. Your mission will be to learn and contribute through design—ensuring visual consistency, graphic quality, and agility in asset delivery—while developing creative judgment, technical skills, and an understanding of how design impacts business outcomes. ### **What You’ll Do** * Design graphic assets for digital campaigns, social media, paid media, and internal communications. * Adapt creative assets to various formats and platforms (digital and physical). * Support the creation of visual materials for sales, growth, and branding. * Collaborate closely with branding, growth, and audiovisual teams. * Receive feedback, iterate on designs, and improve the quality of delivered assets. * Ensure consistency with the brand’s visual identity and guidelines. * Learn about creative processes, briefings, and workflows. * Apply best practices in design and visual communication. * Demonstrate openness to technical and conceptual learning. * Meet defined deadlines and requirements. * Maintain organized files, versions, and graphic resources. ### **What You’ll Need to Succeed** * Currently enrolled in the final semesters of Graphic Design, Audiovisual Media, or related fields. * Authorized by your university to undertake this internship. * Basic to intermediate proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign—and preferably Figma. * Passion for startup culture and entrepreneurship. **You’ll live and become part of a cultural experience:** 🌍 Ownership: We think and act like owners of Bia—not just completing tasks, but taking ownership from the first step through to the final result.
