




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in Knowledge Management and proficiency in incident and request management tools. Key Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field 2. ITIL v4 or higher certification 3. Experience in Knowledge Management **EDUCATION:** * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields. * ITIL v4 or higher certification. **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Knowledge Management. * As part of the minimum experience requirement, at least one (1) year must be spent using the Service Manager incident and request management tool. To validate **work experience**, certifications detailing the functions performed are mandatory.
