Optimization of resources and continuous improvement in production We are a food-sector company dedicated to manufacturing vitamin gummies and dietary supplements, and we are looking for our next Production Manager. We seek a professional with leadership skills, management capability, and a results-oriented mindset who is eager to take on the challenge of leading our production processes while ensuring compliance with quality, BPM, food safety, and operational efficiency standards. **PROFESSIONAL PROFILE** **Education**: Food Engineer and/or professional in related fields. **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in the food industry, preferably leading or coordinating production processes. Experience managing work teams and operational staff. Knowledge of BPM, quality, and food safety. Willingness to work on-site and respond to operational requirements as needed. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate and supervise adherence to the production schedule. * Ensure compliance with BPM, quality, and food safety standards. * Lead and monitor the production team. * Optimize the use of human, technical, and material resources. * Monitor achievement of production targets and KPIs. * Identify opportunities for process, time, and productivity improvements. * Coordinate training and development of operational staff. * Timely management of production-related incidents and critical situations. * Collaborate closely with Quality, Maintenance, Human Talent, and other departments involved in operations. * Ensure products are manufactured according to the company's established standards. * Promote a culture of order, discipline, quality, food safety, and teamwork. **WHAT KIND OF PERSON ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** A proactive, organized, leadership-oriented, responsible, and results-driven individual capable of working under pressure and making decisions in operational situations.
