Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Service Advisor to provide technical support, equipment installation, and training on cleaning and disinfection products to external customers. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support and training for products and equipment. 2. Conducting inspections and providing feedback on cleaning programs. 3. Generating technical reports and improvement plans. A Colombian chemical company specializing in cleaning and disinfection products, with over 30 years of market recognition, is seeking a Technical Service Advisor to deliver technical support, equipment installation, and training on the use of equipment and products supplied by the company to external customers. REQUIREMENTS: * Industrial, food, or chemical technician or technologist education. * 1 year of experience providing technical advisory services and maintenance in the chemical industry. * Willingness to travel. * Personal motorcycle. RESPONSIBILITIES: \-Train and educate customers on the use of the company's equipment and products. \-Inspect implemented cleaning and disinfection programs and provide feedback to the account executive. \-Install and inspect dilutors and equipment. \-Follow safety guidelines at visited companies. \-Label utensils supplied by Sparcol to the customer. \-Generate consolidated technical reports for scheduled technical visits. \-Develop improvement action plans for each visit conducted.
