




1. Strictly adhere to the technical service appointments scheduled by our support technicians with our client to carry out technical inspections. 2. Effectively and promptly follow up on performed technical services and/or those requiring additional visits and/or pending resolution. 3. Support external clients’ requests regarding the correct use of their electronic security systems. 4. Assist the maintenance department by conducting customized technical visits aimed at correcting technical faults that an electronic security system may present. 5. Generate appropriate, accurate, and clear technical reports to ensure that every electronic security system installed and/or monitored by the company complies with the quality standards established by the company. 6. Manage the inventory of equipment and materials assigned by the company for the proper execution of assigned labor. 7. Manage and handle technical and personal information related to alarm systems and/or our clients’ systems, provided by the company to perform work—ensuring such information is used solely within the security and confidentiality parameters established by the company and stipulated in Colombia’s data protection law.
