This position is for SUPPLA CARGO S A S. **Role Description** ----------------------- Coordinate and ensure the proper functioning of transportation operations, guaranteeing compliance with performance indicators, resource planning, productivity, and service standards. You will be responsible for leading the work team, managing customer relationships, and ensuring correct execution and closure of operations. Monday to Saturday. 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM **Work Location:** Tenjo, with availability to travel between clients in Bogotá, Cota, and Funza. **Requirements** -------------- * Professional degree in administrative fields, Engineering, Logistics, or related disciplines. * Minimum **3 years of experience** in transportation and/or logistics operations. * Experience in team management and leadership. * Proficiency in **advanced Excel and Power BI**. * Experience in monitoring and analyzing performance indicators. * Leadership, communication, organizational, and results-oriented skills. * Availability to travel between different operations **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Ensure achievement of operational objectives and KPIs. * Communicate and monitor team efficiency goals, direct labor hours, and productivity. * Coordinate and schedule shifts for assigned personnel. * Ensure compliance with operational and resource planning. * Guarantee daily physical vs. system (OTM) operational closure. * Ensure adherence to established procedures for transportation operations. * Manage customer relationship and communication. * Serve as the liaison between Transportation and WHS departments. * Verify correct execution of operational processes. * Conduct document tracking and validation. * Identify improvement opportunities and implement actions to optimize operations.
