This position is for Suppla Cargo S.A. **Role Objective** -------------------- Administer, execute, and control transportation operations in accordance with parameters established by the client and the Company, aiming to optimize resources, generate added value, and achieve expected profitability. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Responsible for ensuring daily compliance with TMS-managed processes—including adherence to timelines, correct statuses, accurate costs, and scheduled deadlines. * Monitor personnel to prevent post-trip cost modifications—only automatically tariff trip-related costs. * Perform daily operational closing by verifying that costs and revenues recorded in TMS are accurate and that incurred values correspond correctly. * Monitor all operational processes and ensure continuous improvement at all levels. * Understand, communicate, and implement Company policies, ensuring comprehension and application across all levels of the organization led. * Coordinate and manage transportation for various business units and departments requiring local and national service. Ensure compliance with Good Storage and/or Manufacturing Practices programs in transportation. **Requirements** -------------- * University degree in Industrial Engineering, Production, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Specialization (preferred): Logistics, Project Management. * Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation and logistics operations management. * Proficiency in logistics management software, advanced Excel, and real-time tracking platforms. Required Technical Knowledge: * + National transportation regulations, routing procedures, warehousing, and distribution. + On-Time, Full-Time, last-mile efficiency, % of automated processes, reduction of cycle times. + Proficiency in logistics management software, advanced Excel, and real-time tracking platforms.
