We are looking for a Financial Coordinator with expertise in both accounting and finance. This role is critical to the success of our strategy, as you will be responsible for ensuring the company's financial health. What will be your challenges? * Lead the company's financial, accounting, and tax management, ensuring data-driven decisions. * Prepare and present key financial reports and forecasts to management. * Ensure the billing process. * Optimize financial processes through the use of technological tools. What you need to excel: * Education: Professional degree in Public Accounting (mandatory), specialization in Finance. * Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles. Key Knowledge: * Proficiency in Helisa. * Advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and Colombian tax legislation. * Experience with data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) \- Mandatory What we offer: * Location: Bogotá. * Work mode: Hybrid (2 days in office / 3 days remote). * Salary: $6\.000\.000 \- $7\.000\.000 (based on experience).
