Here, a better life begins when your work helps care for life. **Your Challenge** ----------- As an Electromechanical Technician at our plants, your mission is to ensure optimal operation of equipment and facilities by executing preventive, corrective, scheduled, and improvement-oriented maintenance plans that guarantee continuity of manufacturing processes. * Execute equipment maintenance according to the general plan, inspecting mechanical, electrical/electronic, and pneumatic parameters. * Ensure areas and equipment are fully organized and clean after each intervention. * Actively participate in continuous improvement of processes, equipment, and facilities. * Guarantee compliance with risk control standards, safeguarding your own integrity, that of your colleagues, and of equipment and facilities. **What We Are Looking For?** ------------------ * **Academic Qualification:** Technical or technological degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or Electromechanical Maintenance. * SAP system handling knowledge. * Fundamentals of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO 9000/14000 standards. * Fundamentals of integrated management systems for quality, industrial safety, and occupational health. * Minimum 3 years of experience in plant equipment and facility maintenance. * Minimum 1 year of experience in packaging or manufacturing equipment installation. * Minimum 1 year of experience in calibration processes. * Basic English proficiency. * Salary: between **$2\.818\.050** and **$3\.114\.050** \+ statutory social benefits. * Work location: Bogotá. **What You’ll Find Here?** -------------------------- * Direct employment contract with the company or temporary staffing through a third-party agency. * Job stability. * Continuous learning in a high-standard technical environment. * Participation in an industry where your work helps care for life. **Are You Up for the Challenge?** --------------------- If you’re excited to join a company where quality, people, and purpose are fundamental, this could be your opportunity to begin a better professional life.
