Requirements: Nursing Assistant Technician (degree certificate or graduation transcript). Minimum 6 consecutive months of experience in a healthcare call center or minimum 6 months of clinical support experience. Valid Rethus certification and/or official resolution. Employment Conditions: Contract Type: Indefinite (contract signing on Day 17 of training). Training: 30 days of in-person training. During the first 17 days, compensation will be provided via bonuses through the Apprecio app at a daily rate of $30,000 COP + an attendance bonus of $200,000 COP in Apprecio bonuses, disbursed as $50,000 COP upon contract signing and $150,000 COP upon completion of training. Salary: $1,750,905 COP per connection hour ($9,183.08 COP per hour). Monthly Bonus: Up to $210,000 COP for meeting performance indicators + $130,000 COP site attendance bonus. Benefits: All statutory benefits. Pay Schedule: Biweekly. Work Schedule: Availability required Monday through Sunday (24/7 operations). Shifts will be assigned across morning, afternoon, night, or early-morning hours according to operational needs. Weekly working hours: 44, with rest periods established by law.
