This role focuses on automation, quality gates, and reliable releases across Kubernetes\-based ecosystems. Must‑Have Requirements (What Really Matters) ### **Experience \& Education** * 3\+ years of experience in Release Management, DevOps, or Platform Engineering roles. * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background. * Fluent Spanish; English is a plus. ### **Core Skills** * Strong experience working with Agile frameworks (Scrum / Kanban). * Solid knowledge of Git and repository scaffolding tools (Maven Archetype, Yeoman, or custom templates). * Experience with branching strategies (GitFlow, Trunk‑Based Development). * Hands\-on experience with CI tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions. * Scripting skills using Ansible and/or Python. * Experience building Docker images (Docker, Jib, Kaniko, Buildah). * Experience working with container orchestration platforms: Kubernetes and/or OpenShift. * Practical experience with at least one programming language (Java, JavaScript, Groovy, Python, or C\+\+). * Knowledge of code quality tools and quality gates, especially SonarQube. * Experience with automated testing practices and TDD / BDD. * Experience operating Kubernetes clusters in real environments. * Understanding of networking concepts and load balancers (Nginx, F5, DNS managers, SSL certificates). * Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana/Kibana, Micrometer, or OpenTelemetry. Nice to Have (Not Deal Breakers) * Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL). * Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB). * Exposure to public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). * Knowledge of API development and management (Swagger, API Managers). * Experience designing complex pipeline architectures (Appian, QlikSense, Control‑M). * Experience with security assurance tools: + SAST (CodeQL, Semgrep, Kiuwan, Veracode) + DAST (Burp Suite) + Container security (Trivy, Clair) * Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, JBehave). * API testing tools (Karate, Rest Assured). * Front‑end testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress). * Time‑series databases (InfluxDB, Graphite). * Exposure to AIOps tools (Rundeck, PagerDuty, Dynatrace).
