Candidate Profile We Are Seeking * Experience in **call centers, collections, sales, customer service, or related areas**. * Basic proficiency in **Excel**. * Ability to work **multitasking**. * Quick learning ability and adaptability to various applications. * Excellent communication skills and professional appearance. * Must reside in **Bogotá**, as this position is **100% on-site**. Work Schedule * **42 hours per week.** * Rotating shifts from Monday to Friday: * 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. * 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Two Saturdays per month on rotating shifts:** * 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. * 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We Offer * **Base salary:** **$1\.750\.905**. * Transportation allowance. * **Uncapped commissions** for meeting targets (representation expenses).
