Main Responsibilities: * Manage collection campaigns for written-off or severely delinquent portfolios. * Negotiate payment alternatives and re-banking processes. * Follow up on payment commitments and update information in the system. * Analyze customer profiles to offer tailored recovery solutions. * Meet collection, productivity, and contact effectiveness indicators. Requirements: * Minimum **6 months of verifiable experience** in a collections call center, handling written-off portfolios or late-stage delinquency. * Excellent negotiation skills, objection handling, and goal-achievement orientation. * Basic proficiency in office tools and good typing skills. * Must reside in **Bogotá D.C.** Working Conditions: * **Employment Type:** Service provision. * **Compensation:** $2\.500\.000 monthly. * **Work Modality:** On-site in Bogotá D.C. * **Schedule:** Availability to work morning or afternoon shifts, according to scheduling and operational needs.
