Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Human Resources Selection and Hiring Analyst to manage HR processes and ensure regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for administrative and operational human resources management processes. 2. Ensures compliance with current labor regulations and social security requirements. 3. Requires proactivity, organization, and a high degree of confidentiality. We are looking for a responsible, organized, proactive individual with a high degree of confidentiality to fill the position of Human Resources Selection and Hiring Analyst, who will be responsible for carrying out the department’s administrative and operational processes, ensuring compliance with current labor and social security regulations. Main Responsibilities: * Fully manage personnel hiring processes. * Prepare and manage employment documentation related to onboarding, modifications, and offboarding of personnel. * Manage disciplinary processes and draft corresponding communications. * Manage payroll-related updates (onboarding, offboarding, medical leaves, leave of absence, vacations, among others) for submission to the Accounting Department. * Process affiliations, transfers, updates, and requests with EPS (Health Promotion Entities), ARL (Occupational Risk Administrators), AFP (Pension Fund Administrators), and Family Compensation Funds. * Track, register, and recover medical leaves with the respective administering entities. * Review, validate, and generate social security contribution reports using the online contribution operator "Aportes en Línea". * Review contributions, perform reconciliations, and cross-check presumed accounts receivable with various Social Security System administrators, following up until normalization. * Support reconciliation of inconsistencies related to social security contributions. * Maintain monthly records of operational and administrative staff. * Draft employment certifications, official communications, responses to governmental entities, and other administrative documents, ensuring excellent writing, spelling, and presentation. * Maintain physical and digital employment files in an organized and up-to-date manner. * Handle company telephone and in-person inquiries. * Prepare reports and analyses as requested by General Management. * Support any other duties inherent to the position as assigned by General Management. Required Profile: * Technical, technological, or university degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Human Talent, or related fields. * Minimum of **two (2) years** of experience in administrative roles related to Human Resources Management and Social Security. * Knowledge of Colombian labor legislation and the Comprehensive Social Security System. * Experience in personnel hiring and administration of employment documentation. * Proficiency in managing payroll-related updates. * Experience processing affiliations, offboardings, transfers, and other procedures with EPS, AFP, ARL, and Family Compensation Funds. * Experience recovering medical leaves. * Knowledge of reconciliation and cross-checking of presumed accounts receivable. * Experience reviewing, validating, and generating social security contribution reports via information operators, preferably "Aportes en Línea". * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially intermediate Excel (filters, pivot tables, lookup functions, and database handling) and Word. * Excellent organizational, planning, analytical, detail-oriented, written and verbal communication, teamwork, confidentiality, and results-oriented compliance skills. Working Hours: * **Monday to Friday:** 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Competencies: We seek a candidate with a service-oriented attitude, commitment, responsibility, professional ethics, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and confidentiality in information handling.
