**Job Summary** Analyze information from received requests and propose improvements to process management. Execute requirements assigned to profiles in the designated tools and manage applications directly related to the client and originating from headquarters. **Key Responsibilities** * Continuously monitor the tool to identify assigned requests and execute them according to priority and order of arrival. * Address services requested and assigned via the help desk and ensure proper handling of incidents generated by the client. * Guarantee confidentiality and security of client information, including credit cards, agreements, profiles, and others. * Carry out activities as agreed upon with technology service providers. * Administer portals for assigned branches and the tools established for them (users, passwords, permissions, and support). **Education / Knowledge / Experience** Degree in administrative, hospitality and tourism, or related fields. Proficiency in Excel. Knowledge and experience in operating systems and databases
