Inventory management and advance material requisitions WORKSHOP MANAGER We are looking for a dedicated, responsible, and highly motivated sewing supervisor with an excellent attitude to join our warranty team. The selected candidate will be responsible for adjusting and repairing suitcases, backpacks, handbags, wallets, etc., ensuring quality, precision, and adherence to established deadlines. Main Responsibilities: * Operation of industrial flat-bed sewing machines. * Designing, producing, mending, adjusting, and finishing suitcases, backpacks, handbags, wallets, etc. * Performing and inspecting final finishes; quality control of suitcases, backpacks, handbags, wallets, etc. * Managing and tracking warranty repairs for suitcases, backpacks, etc., with strict adherence to deadlines. * Maintaining up-to-date inventory and organized workshop supplies (wheels, trolleys, zippers, sliders, etc.). * Conducting inventory assessments of required workshop materials and placing purchase requests at least 15 days in advance. * Compliance with company quality standards. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in leather goods manufacturing, sewing, alterations, or related roles. * Knowledge of various fabric types and sewing techniques. * Attention to detail and commitment to work quality. * Teamwork orientation and positive attitude. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM. SALARY: Negotiable between $2.000.000 and $2.500.000 CONTRACT TYPE: Project-based or service contract.
