Key Responsibilities** Administration and monitoring of logistics operators. Coordination of dispatch and distribution processes. Inventory supply management for stores, ensuring optimal inventory levels. Leadership and management of operational staff and work teams. Design, mapping, control, and optimization of operational processes. Development, management, and control of performance indicators (KPIs). Direct coordination with e-commerce teams. Data analysis and utilization for decision-making. Advanced use of analytical tools and reporting. Technical Knowledge Proficiency in BI tools. SQL knowledge. Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
