At CYMETRIA #TalentMakers, we are looking for a Project Analyst with experience in educational, technological, or PUBLIC-SECTOR projects; focused on drafting and structuring reports and deliverables, ensuring agile, well-organized documentation that meets high-quality standards at every stage of our initiatives. This role is critical to safeguarding team execution: here, collecting information is insufficient—we must ensure reports are approved on the first submission and final deliveries are flawless. What will you do in this role? - Structure, draft, and consolidate periodic management reports (technical, administrative, and financial), ensuring data consistency and compliance with required formats. - Collect, verify, and organize evidence of team execution, guaranteeing each deliverable includes the necessary documentary support to pass audits. - Monitor the project’s delivery schedule, issuing timely alerts to ensure reports and final products are submitted within deadlines set by the oversight entity. This is a role for highly methodical, detail-oriented professionals with excellent writing skills: impact here is measured by approved reports, on-time deliverables, and impeccable evidence folders. We are looking for someone with: - Rigor and attention to detail (identifies data inconsistencies before they reach the client or oversight entity). - Excellent written communication and synthesis skills (transforms complex technical data into clear, structured, executive-level reports). - Strong time management and organizational skills (manages multiple deadlines and prevents report backlogs or delays). - Ability to interact effectively with technical teams to gather necessary inputs for reports under urgent timelines. - Quality-oriented mindset (adopts and upholds the visual and technical standards of every delivered document). Academic Background: Professional or final-semester student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Communication, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience drafting, structuring, and consolidating technical/administrative reports and preparing project deliverables for oversight entities or boards of directors—preferably in the technology or services sector. Mandatory experience and proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
