Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Infrastructure Analyst to manage maintenance, physical modifications, and supplier coordination, ensuring optimal operation of company facilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages leasehold maintenance and physical modifications. 2. Coordinates activities with contractors and suppliers. 3. Supports quotation processes and purchase orders. The company is looking for an Infrastructure Analyst: an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who will support the operational management of maintenance, physical modifications, and supplier coordination to ensure proper functioning of the organization's facilities. Technical or technological degree in Civil Works, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in construction project management, infrastructure, maintenance, logistics, procurement, or supplier management within the construction sector or related areas. Employment Conditions: Location: Northern Bogotá Work Mode: On-site Contract Type: Fixed-term contract for 4 months Salary: $2,025,750 + transportation allowance Working Hours: Monday–Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. / Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Main Responsibilities: Infrastructure and Maintenance Manage requests related to leasehold maintenance and physical modifications. Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance. Inspect physical conditions of facilities and installations. Support operational processes related to civil works and infrastructure. Operational Management Coordinate activities with contractors and suppliers. Track schedules and activity execution. Control internal requirements and ensure traceability of requests. Ensure timely fulfillment of the company’s operational needs. Procurement and Administrative Control Manage supply of materials and supplies. Support quotation processes and purchase orders. Monitor budgets and resource execution.
