We're a well\-funded startup led by a successful repeat founder and backed by top investors. ### **The Role** We're looking for a **Product \& UX Designer,** someone obsessed with understanding user needs, translating vision into product, and bridging the gap between ideas and execution. This is not a typical visual designer role. We're seeking someone who thinks in systems, maps complex processes into intuitive experiences, and works directly with leadership, users, and engineers to bring a new category\-defining product to life. This is a remote role based in the United States. ### **What You'll Do** * Translate founder and stakeholder vision into structured product flows, wireframes, and functional user journeys * Engage directly with users to understand workflows, frustrations, and hidden needs * Lead discovery interviews, usability testing, and iterative design validation * Define UX architecture for complex, enterprise\-facing features and AI\-assisted workflows * Collaborate closely with product and engineering to define MVPs and shape delivery * Help build and scale a UX culture ### **What We're Looking For** * 5\+ years of experience in UX strategy, product design, or systems design—ideally in enterprise SaaS * Strong experience mapping multi\-step workflows, personas, and systems\-thinking approaches * Exceptional communication and synthesis skills—you make complexity feel simple and elegant * A builder's mindset: excited to help shape early product structure, feedback loops, and feature prioritization * High empathy for users and deep curiosity for how they work ### **Bonus Points** * Experience in consulting tech, workflow tools, or platforms serving professional services * Familiarity with AI/ML\-driven products or how to integrate human\-AI interaction patterns * Proficiency in prototyping and design tools (esp.
