Position Summary: Provide operational and administrative support to the Service Network Coordination, applying nursing clinical judgment to ensure efficient coordination and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational and administrative support to the Service Network Coordination 2. Timely and technical management of user service requests 3. Application of basic nursing clinical judgment Provide operational and administrative support to the Service Network Coordination by technically and promptly managing nationwide user service requests, applying the basic nursing clinical judgment inherent to one's nursing education to ensure efficient coordination with the provider network, thereby guaranteeing service quality, timeliness, and corporate customer satisfaction.
