Because the challenges you’ll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities:** * Manage technological infrastructure via **Microsoft Intune** * Configure, install, and maintain servers, networks, operating systems, and other infrastructure components according to organizational needs. * Monitoring and issue resolution: Proactively monitor infrastructure to detect and resolve issues before they impact performance. Investigate and resolve infrastructure-related incidents and problems. * Preventive maintenance: Perform updates, patches, and security configurations on servers and operating systems to ensure stability and protection against threats. * Network management: Configure and administer network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls. Maintain network connectivity and security. * Data backup and recovery: Implement and maintain backup strategies to ensure data integrity and availability in case of failures or disasters. * Cross-departmental collaboration: Work closely with development, security, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure with other technological solutions. * Technology evaluation: Research and evaluate new technologies and tools that could improve infrastructure efficiency and performance. * Infrastructure security: Implement and maintain security measures to protect infrastructure against cyber threats and vulnerabilities. * Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of infrastructure configuration, maintenance procedures, and implemented solutions. * Training and support: Provide technical training and support to users and internal staff regarding the technological infrastructure. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Advanced knowledge of **Microsoft Intune** * In-depth knowledge of operating systems, networks, and infrastructure components. * Ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues. * Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring and management tools. * Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices. * Communication skills to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. * Ability to work in a dynamic environment and respond to emergency situations. * Relevant certifications in infrastructure and security (e.g., CompTIA Network\+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Cisco CCNA, among others) are beneficial. **Additional Information** * Advanced knowledge of infrastructure, software deployments, and advanced handling of **Microsoft Intune** Looking for a place where your ideas shine?
