Role Purpose Design, build, and evolve scalable web and mobile applications, ensuring technical quality, performance, and a robust user experience across both online and offline environments. Key Responsibilities * Develop **web and mobile applications** using React, React Native, Node.js, and Java. * Design, consume, and implement **REST APIs**, as well as cross-cutting components such as **Apache Kafka and OpenLDAP**. * Manage **relational and non-relational databases**. * Build reports using **JasperReports**. * Implement deployments with **Docker and Kubernetes**. * Participate throughout the entire **software development lifecycle**. * Work under **Scrum and agile methodologies** within multidisciplinary teams. * Publish and manage applications on the **Google Play Store and Apple App Store**. * Ensure support for mobile applications in both online and offline modes. Requirements **Education** * Systems Engineering or related fields (Systems, Geographic, Cadastral/Geodetic, Electronics, GIS Specialist). **Experience** * More than **3 years as a Full Stack web and/or mobile developer**. **Technical Knowledge** * React, React Native, JavaScript, HTML, CSS. * Node.js and Java. * REST APIs. * Kafka, OpenLDAP. * Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB. * JasperReports. * Docker, Kubernetes. * Git / GitLab and DevOps practices. * Full SDLC and Scrum. * Publishing apps on mobile app stores. **Desirable** * ETL with **Talend**.
