Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Technician/Engineer to inspect and control road construction works, manage documentation and reports, coordinate operations, and improve processes. We are looking for someone like you to join our **\#RumboSacyr** and help us continue improving people's lives. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** Road Inspection and Control: * Verify correct execution of road construction works in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards. * Conduct daily/weekly on-site inspections to monitor progress, alignment, subgrade and pavement layer profiles, and compaction. * Take and record measurements, readings, and test results (compaction, grain size distribution, moisture content, density, etc.). * Identify non-conformities, document findings, and coordinate corrective actions with site management and contractors. Document Management and Reporting: * Prepare and maintain up-to-date inspection records, site logs, test protocols, and field photographs. * Issue daily/weekly technical reports and non-conformance reports for clients and internal teams. * Manage and archive technical documentation (as-built drawings, test certificates, partial and final acceptance minutes). Operational Coordination and Safety: * Coordinate with supervision, quality control, safety personnel, and contractors to ensure compliance with specifications and deadlines. * Ensure compliance with on-site safety regulations and report incidents or unsafe conditions. * Participate in site meetings with clients, designers, and internal teams to resolve technical contingencies.
