You will play a key part in building and enhancing applications that drive business success. **Responsibilities** * Work closely with cross\-functional teams to design, develop, and test end\-to\-end software solutions * Oversee project timelines and help define clear project requirements * Offer technical expertise and make recommendations to guide project direction * Participate in the ongoing improvement of software quality, performance, and maintainability * Deliver full\-stack development across both frontend and backend components **Requirements** * Minimum of 3 years of hands\-on experience with JavaScript in a full\-stack development environment * Advanced proficiency in NodeJS for backend development * Experience working with AWS for cloud\-based application deployment and management * Proficient in TypeScript and ReactJS for building scalable and maintainable frontend applications * Experience with SQL for database design, queries, and optimization * Strong leadership abilities and experience managing or mentoring development teams * Practical experience with NestJS for building efficient server\-side applications * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills for tackling complex technical challenges * Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team * Fluent English skills (written and spoken) at a B2\+ level or higher **Nice to have** * Experience with NextJS for server\-side rendering and advanced React applications * Background in Java for additional backend development flexibility
