Job Summary: We are seeking a culinary technician or technologist with experience in high-volume hotels or restaurants to support food preparation, cleaning, and service while ensuring quality standards. Required: Culinary technician or technologist with at least 1 year of verifiable experience in hotel or high-volume restaurant kitchens; experience handling large-scale events is ideal. Main Responsibilities: Preparation of ingredients (mise en place): washing, peeling, cutting, and chopping food items. Assisting in food preparation and product readiness. Cleaning and disinfecting service areas, utensils, kitchen equipment, and surfaces. Receiving and organizing supplier orders, verifying quality and proper storage. Supporting product service and dispatch, ensuring compliance with quality standards, following recipes and delivery timelines. Skills: agility, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, teamwork, service-oriented attitude, and willingness to learn. Work Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday (days off: Monday and Tuesday), or Tuesday if a holiday falls on Monday. Salary: Minimum wage + statutory benefits + daily tip percentage + lunch.
