Ability to work in a team, under pressure, and with attention to detail A prominent company in the gastronomy sector is seeking a Kitchen Assistant with at least 2 years of verifiable experience in this role. (mandatory) -Minimum 2 years of experience as a kitchen assistant. -Knowledge and operation of grills (cooking terms, cuts, meat handling). -Previous experience working in hotels is desirable. -Knowledge of good food handling practices. -Ability to work in a team, under pressure, and with high attention to detail.
