Job Summary: La Sagrada Familia Clinic seeks a Referral and Counter-referral Coordinator to optimize the system and improve the quality of user care. Key Highlights: 1. Improve the operation and efficiency of the Referral and Counter-referral System. 2. Optimize resource utilization for user care. 3. Ensure user satisfaction and the quality of health services. La Sagrada Familia Clinic, located in the city of Armenia, Quindío, is seeking a Referral and Counter-referral Coordinator to achieve appropriate implementation and operational effectiveness of the Referral and Counter-referral System within the institution. Responsibilities: Regulate and improve the operation and efficiency of the current Referral and Counter-referral System for outpatient and inpatient, elective and urgent user events. Optimize the use of physical, human, technological, and financial resources allocated for user care. Direct demand for the aforementioned services according to the response capacity of the Internal and Contracted Service Network. Improve user satisfaction levels and the quality of health service delivery. Administrative working hours from Monday to Friday. Indefinite-term contract. Educational level: Technical or Technologist degree, or Business Administration, Finance, or related administrative or position-specific fields.
