Job Summary: We are seeking a Garment Production Operator to operate and supervise sewing machines, join garment parts, and ensure compliance with production standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation of single-, double-, or multi-needle sewing machines 2. Performing sewing and joining operations for garment parts 3. Operate and supervise single-, double-, or multi-needle sewing machines to join, reinforce, or decorate garments and other textile, leather, synthetic, or skin items. 2. Perform assigned sewing tasks. 3. Join various garment (or accessory) components originating from cutting. 4. Comply with standards specified in the production technical sheet. · Education Level: Primary education. Experience: Minimum 4 months operating textile machinery. Knowledge: Preferably experience operating flatbed sewing machines, overlock machines, and collar attachers. Contract Type: Project-based or labor contract (3 months). Salary: 1 minimum monthly legal wage (SMMLV) + transportation allowance + overtime pay, plus statutory benefits. Schedule: Monday to Friday (6:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.), with availability to work Saturdays when required. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Primary Education years of experience
