Focus on positive attitude for the role Schedule your interview via WhatsApp 3238085352 · TELESALES Function: Perform portability - upgrade - pre-paid to post-paid migration: involves calling customers from other operators to successfully transfer them via portability; additionally, knowledge of migrations and upgrades is required—migration refers to switching from prepaid to postpaid plans, and upgrade refers to increasing plan tiers. · Training: 8 days of in-person training  Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM  Saturdays: 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM ·    Operating Hours: Monday to Saturday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM · Rest Day: Sundays ·  40-HOUR WEEKLY CONTRACT.
