




**Description** --------------- **The Role** * **Analysis and Validation:** Review and validate documentation provided by Latin American clients, including requests for enrollment in life, health, reimbursement, and claims policies. Includes reviewing information for billing and policy renewal processes. * **Communication:** Maintain communication with clients and account executives regarding the status of requests, providing company responses, requesting additional documents, and confirming actions. * **Information Update:** Update information daily in the WTW Benefits Engine tool. * **Document Submission:** Send documentation to insurance companies according to client requests. * **Follow-up:** Follow up with insurers to ensure they respond within agreed timeframes (SLA) and promptly confirm actions to the client. * **Response Validation:** Analyze and validate responses from insurance companies to ensure they meet the conditions agreed upon in insurance contracts. * **Confirmation:** Inform account executives of insurance companies' responses regarding client requests. * **Request Closure:** Close client requests by updating the WTW Benefits Engine tool. **Qualifications** ------------------ **Requirements** * **Education:** Technical / Technologist / University degree. * **Systems:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * **Excel:** Basic knowledge, including functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, date management, and CONCATENATE. * **Technical Skills:** * **Data Analysis:** Ability to interpret and analyze large volumes of data to identify trends and quality gaps. * **Insurance Knowledge:** Understanding of insurance products, regulations, and claims processes. * **Process Improvement:** Identify areas for improvement and formulate recommendations to optimize productivity and profitability. * **Interpersonal Competencies:** * **Effective Communication:** Ability to present information and necessary changes clearly and persuasively. * **Teamwork:** Collaborate with different teams and partners to ensure effective project implementation. * **Human Relations:** Maintain good relationships with clients and colleagues, demonstrating empathy and professionalism. * **Attention to Detail:** Ability to analyze detailed information and minor aspects of any task, essential for greater accuracy. * **Attitudes and Values:** * **Responsibility and Honesty:** Be reliable and transparent in all work activities. * **Institutional Commitment:** Demonstrate dedication and loyalty to the company and its objectives. * **Punctuality and Perseverance:** Meet deadlines and persist in the face of challenges. * **Experience in:** * Insurance Operations areas (Brokers and/or insurers). * Health, benefits, and life insurance (preferably). * Customer Service: Previous experience in client support and service. * **Work Mode:** Hybrid. *Equal Employment Opportunity*
