We are seeking an On-Site Support Analyst ready to integrate into our mission, with at least 2 years of proven experience in the requested role. Handle incident tickets and service requests via the client’s portal. Perform failure analysis, diagnose problems, and propose effective solutions. Document thoroughly the root causes and resolutions of all handled cases. Meet established service level indicators and response time targets. Ensure an excellent customer service experience. Apply ITIL v3+ knowledge or agile methodologies as required by the process. Requirements: Technical or technological education in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience providing on-site technical support. Knowledge of: Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and ITIL v3+ or similar methodologies.
