Maintenance of strong relationships to drive commercial growth WE ARE LOOKING FOR: COMMERCIAL ADVISOR – BOYACÁ Your Role: You will be responsible for driving sales to small and medium-sized hardware stores in Boyacá, managing a portfolio that includes various construction-sector products. You will work in the field to prospect new customers, execute commercial strategies, and ensure achievement of targets. Additionally, you will provide follow-up to customers, identify business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships that foster commercial growth. Your main challenges will be: - Developing commercial strategies to acquire new customers and maximize sales within the hardware store segment. - Conducting daily field visits to customers, presenting the value proposition, and handling commercial objections. - Maintaining constant communication with the commercial leader to receive feedback and adjust strategies according to objectives. - Managing the sales process from pre-sales to after-sales, ensuring comprehensive customer service. Work Location: Boyacá (100% field-based) Essential Requirements: -Academic background: Technician or Professional degree in commercial, administrative, or related fields. -Minimum 3 years of field sales experience, managing and developing customers in the hardware channel, with marketing of construction-sector products such as cement, among others. -Competencies in commercial prospecting, handling objections, and achieving sales targets. -Knowledge of technological tools and sales platforms. -Requirements – Minimum Education: University / Professional Degree 3 years of experience Languages: Spanish Willingness to Travel: Yes Keywords: advisor, asesor, salesman, saleswoman, seller, vendedor, comercial, salesperson
