Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized apprentice to support the Human Resources department, focusing on training and development processes, with administrative and logistical responsibilities. Ongoing mentoring and learning with professional growth. At Veolia Tunja, we are looking for a proactive and organized apprentice to join our training team. RESPONSIBILITIES The intern supports the Human Resources department, particularly in training and development processes. Responsibilities include administrative support, information organization and management, database handling and updating, logistical support for departmental activities, and assistance in SENA competency certification processes—including document management and organizing all necessary activities for their implementation. COMPETENCIES - Support in logistical coordination of training activities, attendance tracking, and preparation of training activity reports. - Support in designing training programs and developing staff development plans. - Assist in budget control, database updating, and archiving of departmental documentation. - Support onboarding programs, career path follow-up, and development activities. - Administer satisfaction surveys and consolidate training evaluation results for reporting. REQUIREMENTS - Authorization from educational institution to begin productive internship phase. - No prior SENA apprenticeship contract signed. - Currently enrolled as a technical or technological student in administrative or related programs.
