Recognized as the global benchmark for quality and integrity, we have more than 94,000 employees and a network of over 2,600 offices and laboratories worldwide. **Job Description*** Ensure external and internal customer satisfaction by guaranteeing timely delivery of required information. * Exercise control and supervision over the personnel assigned to the operational area under your responsibility and manage operational expenses. * Assign tasks, activity schedules, define operational parameters and instructions, and deliver them to operators. * Guarantee the delivery of required technical and operational information. * Prepare reports on activities carried out as requested. * Promptly inform the direct supervisor about non-conforming products, complaints, claims from clients, damages, or any abnormal situation arising within operations under your responsibility. * Ensure proper use and maintain the good condition of equipment, facilities, or inspection instruments for preventive or corrective maintenance, whether owned or provided by clients or third parties, while under your custody. * Request and/or ensure prior availability of necessary equipment, materials, work elements, or consumables required for the normal execution of operations under your responsibility, and supervise their appropriate and efficient use. * Verify metrological assurance for equipment under your responsibility when required. * Guarantee planning and execution of all operational activities corresponding to your assigned area. * Ensure active participation in the execution of preparation processes. * Ensure active participation in weighing operations and data recording. **Requirements** **Academic Background:** Graduate or recent graduate in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Engineering, Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or related fields. **Experience:** Desirable, more than one year. **Technical Skills:** Proficient in office software applications.
