Main Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for the receiving, storage, and dispatch of finished products and raw materials. Ensure system data reliability and accuracy. Conduct inventory tracking and control, ensuring accuracy and traceability. Maintain effective communication among different departments to ensure timely deliveries and operational compliance. Support coordination of warehouse logistics and operational activities. Generate reports and KPIs related to inventory and logistics operations. Ensure adherence to storage procedures and best practices. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Logistics Assistant, Warehouse Assistant, or similar roles in logistics areas. Knowledge of customer service and support. Intermediate proficiency in office software, especially Excel. Numerical analysis skills and information management capability. Knowledge of logistics operations, storage, and inventory control. Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic environments. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.
