Job Mission: Supervise the daily and monthly achievement of sales targets by the Work Team to meet sales performance indicators. Specific Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and validate commitments and activities of Sales Representatives to ensure achievement of set objectives. 2. Lead, train, and motivate the Sales Team to promote continuous improvement, coaching, teamwork, and results delivery. 3. Schedule monthly and weekly activity plans to guarantee adherence to sequences established by EVEREST. 4. Monitor and supervise assets and promotional materials of the Work Team to ensure functionality and productivity required by the company. 5. Plan and execute monthly visits by the Sales Team to achieve compliance with the market deployment schedule. 6. Supervise visits conducted by Sales Representatives to ensure adherence to scheduled activities. 7. Participate in Weekly Objective Follow-up Meetings to contribute to identifying and providing feedback on improvement opportunities to the Sales Manager. · Academic Background: Technology or Sciences in Administrative, Economic and Financial, Commercial, or related fields. Work Experience: 2 years executing and supporting sales or customer service activities for fast-moving consumer goods.
