We value punctuality, respect, organization, and passion for Japanese gastronomy. **Ideal Candidate Profile** **We seek an individual who is:** * Honest, agile, and possesses an excellent attitude. * Maintains personal hygiene and orderliness. * Responsible, reliable, and respectful. * Capable of working under pressure and maintaining quality standards. * Enthusiastic and passionate about Asian cuisine, especially Japanese. **Main Responsibilities** * Support the sushi station during production and service. * Prepare raw materials, perform cuts, and prepare dishes in accordance with restaurant standards. * Maintain order, cleanliness, labeling, and organization of the work area. * Participate in inventory management, stock rotation, control, and care of products. **Employment Conditions** * **Salary:** $1\.750\.905 \+ transportation allowance \+ statutory benefits \+ overtime and surcharges * **Monthly tips:** between $500\.000 and $1\.000\.000 * **Indefinite-term contract**, directly with the company. **Working Hours** * Monday through Sunday and holidays on **rotating shifts**, from 09:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., according to the weekly schedule * Tuesday is a day off * 1-hour lunch break as scheduled. **Important Note** Do not apply if the location or working hours do not match your availability.
