Support infrastructure and civil works projects undertaken by the company or planned by the PTAA Head. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop production planning, supervise the production process, evaluate finished products, verify expected results, and implement necessary adjustments to both the production process and materials—including mix designs—as required. * Efficiently manage resources assigned by the company for operating the CDW recovery plant. * Standardize the product and production process developed at the CDW recovery plant, ensuring reliability of information generated from the process. * Support the company’s innovation processes, new projects, and other initiatives from a technical and operational perspective. * Support the company’s innovation processes, new projects, and other initiatives from a technical and operational perspective. **Requirements** Professional degree in Civil Engineering or Materials Engineering; specialization in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Senior Management, or related fields.
