Job Summary: We are seeking a technician or professional with experience in administrative or service areas, responsible for managing inventory and requests in the store. Key Responsibilities: 1. Effective management of inventory requests A prominent telecommunications company is seeking a technician or professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or service areas, with responsibilities related to processes, procedures, and policies at administrative, operational, support, and service levels. Students currently enrolled in an undergraduate program from the seventh semester onward may also apply. JOB OBJECTIVES: Manage and administer inventory available for sales, after-sales, and service operations in the store, specifically for PQR (Petitions, Complaints, and Claims), Loaners, DOA (Dead on Arrival), and Technical Support processes. Additionally, effectively and accurately manage inventory-related requests submitted by commercial advisors, coordinators, and store administrators, based on in-depth knowledge of available inventory, including brands and references. SKILLS: Verbal and written communication skills, numerical ability, strategic planning.
