Position Summary: We are seeking a Production and Maintenance Manager with leadership, dynamism, and a continuous improvement mindset to ensure product manufacturing and storage, supervise maintenance, and coordinate medical oxygen filling. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads the production and maintenance of hospital equipment. 2. Ensures quality standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). 3. Coordinates medical oxygen filling activities. We are currently seeking a Production and Maintenance Manager — a professional with leadership, dynamism, and a focus on continuous improvement. Requirements: Professional degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum one (1) year of experience; internship periods are validated as experience. Responsibilities: Ensure products are manufactured and stored in accordance with established documentation and procedures, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards. Supervise general departmental maintenance, including facilities, equipment, and machinery, ensuring their proper operation. Coordinate and support all activities related to medical oxygen filling and appropriate storage of cylinders and cryogenic containers. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all applicable current regulations governing the process.
