Job Summary: Receive and dispatch finished products, load vehicles, and control inventory, ensuring the accuracy of information. Key Responsibilities: 1. Receiving and dispatching of finished products (frozen, IQF, and refrigerated) 2. Inventory control in SAP system and verification of information 3. Loading vehicles and preparing orders • Receive finished products—frozen, IQF, and refrigerated—ensuring correct weight, quantities, temperature, batches, traceability, and product presentation. • Load vehicles considering total units, weight, human resources, timely vehicle departure, and settlement aligned with scheduling and predefined routes. • Perform activities required to control inventory of finished and semi-finished products to ensure accuracy of information recorded in the SAP system. • Carry out online dispatch procedures, picking, order preparation, weight entry, scale confirmation, and loading.
