Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Technician to monitor alarms, manage security events, coordinate technical services, and provide customer support for alarm systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor alarm systems and verify security events. 2. Manage activations, openings, closings, and fault alarms. 3. Respond to customer requests and provide basic support. Education: Systems Technician or related field required. Mandatory: Valid Technological Media Operator course. Monitor alarm systems and verify security events. Manage activations, openings, closings, and fault alarms. Dispatch mobile units and activate protocols according to signal type. Escalate critical events to the immediate supervisor. Coordinate technical services and conduct communication tests. Respond to customer requests via telephone and email. Provide basic support on alarm system usage. Record and track events and requests. Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct with customers.
