Job Summary: We are seeking an external commercial advisor for the leading microfinance bank, responsible for credit disbursement, financial portfolio sales, client acquisition, and retention. Client acquisition and retention. Portfolio quality management. Expansion and development of new markets. · Requirements: Education: Technical, technological, professional degree, or student in administrative, commercial, or finance-related fields. Experience: Minimum 1 year as an external commercial advisor; prior experience in the financial sector—preferably in microcredit—is highly desirable. Passion for fieldwork and customer service. · We Offer: Indefinite and direct contract with the bank. Base salary starting at $2,952,000, with increases after the probation period; if you have greater experience and expertise in microcredit, we will offer a higher position and salary, plus operational transportation allowance + performance-based commissions.
