Risk identification in the inventory process A reputable company in Pasto is seeking an Inventory Coordinator with a professional background in Accounting, Business Administration, and/or Industrial Engineering, possessing a minimum of 3 years of experience in planning, evaluating, controlling, and managing inventory and asset processes diligently, transparently, honestly, and competently through monitoring of operational and administrative procedures. · Responsibilities: - Schedule and conduct periodic and perpetual inventories of products at commercial establishments - Maintain precise control over all company inventories to ensure accuracy. - Perform appropriate inventory analysis, stock planning, and stock management for materials and equipment. - Supervise daily operations of the organization. - Conduct inventory analyses and reports to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions. - Conduct quarterly, cyclical, random, and annual inventories. - Meet performance indicators established by the organization - Analyze information and identify risks in the process · Competencies: - Leadership - Teamwork - Attention to detail - Assertive communication. · Requirements: - Professional degree in Accounting, Business Administration, and/or Industrial Engineering - Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience - Knowledge of the SIIGO accounting system - Advanced Excel proficiency · Salary: $2,000,000 · Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM // 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM; Saturdays 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University / Professional Degree years of experience Keywords: resident, supervisor, sub-manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain
