Job Summary: We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator with strong analytical skills and leadership capabilities to ensure proper management and reliability of the company's inventories. A prominent company based in Pasto requires an Inventory Coordinator, preferably a professional in Public Accounting or Business Administration, with a minimum of three (3) years of experience leading inventory control, tracking, and administration processes. We seek a detail-oriented, analytically skilled, and leadership-capable individual who ensures proper management of the company’s inventories and assets through planning, evaluation, and control of operational and administrative processes. The role entails ensuring information reliability, identifying risks, optimizing resources, and contributing to the achievement of the organization’s strategic objectives. Candidates with prior experience in food service and/or fuel distribution companies are especially valued, along with knowledge of SIIGO PYME, advanced Excel proficiency, and experience in audits, variance analysis, and implementation of inventory controls. Responsibilities: - Schedule and conduct periodic and perpetual inventories of products at commercial establishments. - Maintain precise control over all company inventories to ensure their accuracy. - Perform stock level analyses and appropriate planning and management of materials and equipment inventory. - Conduct inventory analyses and reporting to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Requirements: - Degree in Accounting or Business Administration. - Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
