Requirements: • Certified high school diploma. • Minimum 1 year of experience as a merchandiser, preferably in chain stores or modern trade channels. • Experience in assortment, rotation, displays, and inventory management. • No restrictions on entering Éxito stores. Working Conditions: • Salary: $1,750,000 • Performance-based commissions • Legal transportation allowance • Mobility allowance based on assigned route • Statutory benefits • Biweekly payments Schedule: Monday to Saturday.
